Exciting first-season sire Ghaiyyath was an eight-time Group race winner, including four unrivalled G1 victories by a combined 21 3/4 length winning margin, from age two to five. He is the highest-rated son of the best stallion in English history, Dubawi, a proven G1-producing sire of sires and out of a G1-winning Galileo mare.

Ghaiyyath was leading first-season sire by average at Tattersalls last year, topping the sale at 1,050,000gns with the highest-priced colt by a first-crop sire this century. He also topped the Goffs foal sales at €1.1 million.

This colt is out of a 2YO winning Teofilo mare from the family of G1 Queensland Derby winner Kukeracha. He is her quality first foal. Teofilo has made his mark as a broodmare sire, having produced six G1 winners in Dreamloper, Anisette, Mac Swiney, Coroebus, Cachet and Toskana Belle as well as another 13 G2/G3 winners.

Being inbred to Galileo, this colt is bred on the same cross as G1 Irish Two Thousand Guineas and G1 Doncaster Futurity Trophy hero Mac Swiney.

This colt oozes the class and scope of a quality 3YO-type and will be raced in the Melbourne Cup winning colours of Australian Bloodstock.
